The HD-15 should be your standard 15-pin D-shaped video connector. The
alternatives are the DVI digital video, which is great, but often suffers
from compatibility problems from my experience. So you monitor should work
with most video cards. Check the native resolution on the TFT display -
likely it is 1280x1024 and that is what your video card should be set at.
