dtk mobos and keyboard

We are experiencing troubles with keyboards coming with DTK Pcs.
Many of them when working with PRM80 I E1 mobos make the pc to start in save
mode in W98. However you test this same keyboard with other mobo, eg, PRM 23
,  and the keyboard seems to be OK.
The keyboards have  a label in the buttom:
SOFT KEY KEYBOARD, F-21YQ (SPK 2000), MADE IN CHINA.
I want to make note, that older keyboards from DTK work fine.
