Well what you can do is rgo to asscessoried and and go to system tools and do
the following : run DISKCLEAN than run SCANDISK,  After that run
DISK DEFRAGMENTER. This will put your pc to maximum efficiency

Other option is if you have Norton utilities and run system check and than
optimize
this will check everything and fix many little problems .
