Bob,

Having both the firewalls on, will not make a difference to you trying to
connect as the Microsoft firewall only stops inbound traffic. I suspect that
as part of the SP2 setup an error has occurred in Zonealarm. I would turn
off the Microsoft firewall and switch on Zonealarm.

Go to program control in Zonealarm , Programs and check your permissions. In
passing I recently installed SP2 and as yet have had no problems ( OS XP
Pro ) fingers crossed.

Regards

Richard
