SP2 includes SP1, and every patch up to it. SP3 is due out any day, 
it's currently in beta. That is the one you will want to archive, 
because once you install SP3 you will have all the service patches, 
and every other patch, up to it's release date in a single file. 
However, if you want to download SP2 you can find it on the Microsoft site here
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx .
