Hello,
I  have   Encarta 98 on a CD ROM (which  is green in colour). I  had it
installed under Win95  and  was working  well. I  recently  upgraded to
Win98 and am unable to install the program now. On a dir listing I can see
the 'Setup.exe' file but on attempting to  run it I  get the message "Bad
command   or file name". Also  if I try to "Type filename.txt" in the   same
dir   " File not found" error occurs.
