Check to see that your memory and cpu is PC100. If you are using a processor
FSB 100, you must use ram or memory capable of 100 FSB or PC 100.

Thanks;  I put a large heatsink and fan on it and it is working fine at 2.3v
550mhz,  could not check temp,       some one asked if they made a amd k6II
