Need some advice. My goal is to transfer Old VCR and mm tapes to DVD. I bought a TV Tuner card ATI TV wonder 650 Pci with inputs for VCR thinking it was a first step.
They do not have Visa ready software yet, but the card works fine for HD TV in Widows Media Center.
All the video capture devices and software out there is quit confusing. I don't need to do anything fancy, maybe a little editing.

My system is this:
Dell 8400 Pentium 4 3.0Gz
Widows Ultimate upgrade 32 bit with service pack 1
Two internal DVD burners
two internal hard drives =300 Gb
two external hard drives =400 Gb
ATI TV wonder 650 Pci TV tuner card
ATI Radeon X-1300 graphics card
4 Gb of pc2 3200 Ram
all updates for drivers ( as far as I know)

Thanks
Larry
