PS to cannot connect to internet with Juno

Forgot to add something to my message.  When it says it cannot connect me
to the internet, it says for the reason below.  Only reason I can see,
and it is greyed out is a number Message # 33314026.

There is nothing I can access here on my computer to find out that
reason.

Could someone go to juno website and see if they could find that reason
for me?  Stupid not to tell me it when I cannot get there to see it.

Who sayd computers were logical!
