I assumed you had Windows XP because:

. There was recently a "service pack 2" for Windows XP
. There was never any "service pack 2" for Windows 98.
. There was a "second edition" of Windows 98.

Textbook example of why posting the OS version should be required here.
Mods, if you actually read every message, how about starting to reject
questions that have no OS identified?

As for your problem, there were other responses, so try those.

~~~I guess this doesn't work in Win 98SE?  I don't have an Advanced,
when I choose Properties.  I get a window with tabs that say, General,
Device Manager, Hardware Profiles, Performance.
