Speak from my exp (I build a lot of all in one mobo), they are a bit slow,
especially when speaking to the onboard video and modem, I had to add some
good internal 56k modem (real modem) at cost price because the customers'
complain. They are good for office tasks, and low end games. If you'd like
to play high end games and heavy internet usage, they are not recommended.
