I've just built a computer with new mobo  Elite P4M800 pro V2,  2.4Gb cpu, 160Gb IDE

1Gb ram & XPpro Sp2.  When I have a small screen & I move it around, it goes in a wavey

motion! The best example is playing solitaire. If I drag the program it ripples as I move it,

but if I drag the cards around, they move normally!!!!!  If I have a full sceen & want to scroll

it ripples down the screen! Has anyone had this problem before ??   Thank you,  Al
