Greetings
I have a customer with an early Athlon / XP Home / 256MB computer built
by
a shop that is no longer in existance. I was called in when, in
December,
the CD-RW became unrecognised. I sorted the issue out, got a few bits
and
pieces tidied up and thought things were OK.
January, and the CD-RW strated to do similar things - not auto-boot, see

files but no action when they were clicked on. We put in a new RW.
Now the floppy drive is doing the same and the new CD-RW is exhibiting
the
same symptoms.
HELP! I am a bit lost at the moment. Is this an ide problem? Bios issue?

Any ideas appreciated.
Regards
Nicki Gemmell
