First, I hope this is a hardware problem. I have hooked up an old Wacom
Art Pad II to my current system running XP.
When I start the computer it recognized that I had new hardware. The
pad recognizes the pen.

My problem arises when I try to install the drivers/software. It keeps
telling me the serial port is already in use.

I have one serial port and the only thing plugged in it is the Wacom Art
Pen.

I have nothing else that requires a serial port.

How in the world do I get the system to recognize what is really there?

TIA,k
