Need help to recover FDISKed harddisk

I was so stupid that I erroneously deleted and created a DOS partition
to my SCSI harddisk. I realized afterward that I have targetted the
wrong disk when I ran the FDISK.  Can I recover the data in the hardisk?
It hasn't been formated yet. Appreciate any help and advice.
