Typically, one, two or three beep codes during the post phase
signifies a memory error with an AMI bios.

I am concerned you memory is not in slot 1 & 2.  That is where
it should be located.  This problem is either the motherboard or
the ram memory.  You will probably need to have the ram memory
tested at a local PC repair shop.  If it tests fine, then you probably
should look seriously at a new motherboard.

Another thought here concerns the FSB and multiplier jumpers on
this motherboard.  Have you been overclocking this board?   Are
these settings correct according to the manual?  Is the power setting
for you CPU correct?  These issues can also create the impression
of other components going bad.  Veryify these settings.  Overclocking
kills as many motherboards as any other factor.
