Please can someone help me setup Eudora 6.1 sponsored on my XP LAN.

I have Home and Pro.  Does it matter which one holds the exe file?  I can't
seem to get the right configuration for sharing one Data directory
throughout the LAN.  I tried networking a drive, but I guess I don't get it.
