Hi, not too sure about thermal pads. (although I'm not too bothered about
that, as they didn't seem to get a brilliant rating here!).
As for thermal paste, you can buy it on the net. (Do a google search), or,
as in my case, I bought mine from a local shop specialising in computer
parts/accessories. It's not very expensive.
