 What is a joule rating?

Joule rating refers to the sensitivity of the product to react....surge
protectors are rated in Joules....the higher number is better....it will
react to a lower voltage power surge, and protect your computer from
surges. The price raises with the higher numbers, because they are
better at protecting your system.
