I've bought about 10 Maxtors and never had a problem. I had one experience
with customer service which was fast and excellent.

When I have the choice, I usually pick Maxtor.  I like to try and save my
customers money, and Maxtor is usually the best price.  Given my equal luck
between the two, it's a no-brainer for me.
