Given that you seem comfortable with NT 4, I would re-run setup and do a
clean install of NT 4, then SP3, then the Option Pack. I would then make
sure that SP6a and SP6a security rollup was installed on ALL the servers.
This will leave you with NT4 running IIS 4. You would need to purchase
W2000 server to run IIS 5 so it would not be a free upgrade.

===========
Is IIS 5.1 available as a free upgrade from Microsoft?

If I go to the trouble of reinstalling NT so that I can install SP3.0 and
then the 4.0 Option Pack, what version of IIS will I have then? I don't
know if the 4.0 referrs to NT 4.0 or IIS 4.0.
