HI:

when my computer boots a message pops up to enter a windows password. It is asking for the old password and to type a new one twice. I never choose a password to logon windows. I tried to disable it in bios but that did not work,
I also removed the cmos battery and put it back in; this allowed me to boot to windows but when I restarted it went back to asking for password.
