Every few weeks my system running XP Home SP2 produces a Found New
Hardware Wizard telling me that it has found a new piece of hardware and
offering to assist me in installing software for "Application
Management".  There have been no hardware changes for months on my
system and this window just appears from time to time out of the blue.

Can anyone explain this please?
