Change the RAM first, over 90% chance it's a RAM problem.

Plaese help, computer keeps shutting down due to 'illegal operation'. It
happens online/offline in any program, sometimes within minutes.I've got
32mb,
pentium proccessor,200. I can't use it for anything.
