HI,

Chances are you can buy a new socket 370 atx board for less than $75 (pc
chips/ MSI/EPOX) and a S370 chip for $45+ and it will be much better
(faster) for the customer.

If you could get a board from HP as a replacement it would probably cost
more than a what I am suggesting
