Hi,

Wish I had learned MS TEXT MESSAGING, It's a language of it's own.

I would make some suggestions, these are in the order I would try.

1) go into your BIOS and change the section in the regular or advanced
setup from HALT
on any error, to NOT TO HALT on any errors if the BIOS supports this feature.

2) Check for Virus using latest patten file you can for the software you
are using.

3) if you can figure out what ntoskrnl.exe is from, remove it (1)
preferred, or (2) delete it (maybe rename it to something else without the
.exe extension to you figure out what it's for.) You can search for it in
the registry if you know how to use regedit.

4) Did this just start to happen? Did you just download/or install
something recently and it started happening? If so uninstall or remove
what ever it was.

5a) You did not mention which internet Browser you are using, IE (which
version) or netscape, or
which service you are using, broadband, AOL, MSN, etc.

5b) Which ever it is I would uninstall it and any other temporary files
that you don't need. Then
Run Scandisk on the drive, then Defrag the Drive, then reinstall the
Browser/IP software.
If using MS IE upgrade to IE 6 and perform the patches if possible.

6) if is still acts up, I would try either changing the RAM or at least
swapping the ram modules around ( if more than one installed) and see if
the addresses are the same if the problem happens again.
