At least you got to uninstall your copy. I can't do that because of the mfldr.dll error and the 1715 internal error. I fear loading another AV program with Mcafee in place because there will undoubtedly be conflicts that will lock up my computer. It will not allow me have it run automatically, so I will have to do manual downloads and manual scans. I e-mailed them for a way to manually uninstall, but they don't respond because I am not aregistered paying customer. How about a place to download the missing/corrupt mfldr.dll. When they have known issues they should have a fix available to everyone. I did pay for the OEM copy, and altho it wasn't as much as they charge for a full retail copy, if there is a known uninstall issue, there should be a readily available fix for it. I really am not up to a complete reformat install. Too much time and effort just to remove a stupid AV.
