Will the Fdisk or Format commands on a standard W98 boot floppy reformat a 
NTFS hard drive?

As dos does not see NTFS partitions, I'm wondering if these dos commands 
would run. If not, what's the easiest way to reformat an NTFS drive in the 
event that  you cannot get the XP disk to run or otherwise get into Windows?

One big minus of NTFS is that you can't make much use of your old boot 
floppies.
