I just upgraded from a PS/1 386SX/25 (geez!).  I had a Supra PnP 33.6 in the
old 'puter, and that was as high as I could go ... but I don't remember why.
I believe it was an issue with Win3.1 compatability.
Proprietarily-speaking, I don't believe there was a problem, although I did
have to add a DEBUG line (found in the modem readme) to the autoexec.bat in
order to get the thing to work consistently.

All in all, it was a BIG headache, but do-able.
