since cpu multipier is locked, you can't change it unless you unlock it
first (which will void warrantee). So you won't need to worry about this.
XP 2000+ CPU won't run at 166FSB, currently, you can only get 133FSB cpu,
166 isn't available for public yet.

running a 166FSB cpu on 133 mobo is just like running 133 CPU on 100 mobo,
you will loss some speed, which makes it a bad idea.

However, you may overclock the FSB to 166, at your own risk. unless you are
ready to take the risk, and fully understand what you are doing, DO NOT try
it.
