Epson Stylus 850c or HP DeskJet 895

These are both excellent...the Epson going all the way up to 1440x720 (This
is the one I use as a "quick" printer). The HP will save you a little more
on ink, but cost a little more up front. The HP is also LPT or USB, so if
you need cross-platform capabilities, it also includes iMAC drivers...

Check out the print quality at your local Office Depot or CompUSA (either
should have both models). The Epson will give you vibrancy and the HP will
look more toned down and realistic. You can't go wrong with either in my
opinion...

****************

I'm looking for simple inkjet, with typical work resolution of 360 dpi
and occasionally 720 dpi printing. That's as good as I want to go.
  I expect to print up to 150 pages a month - hardly a heavy-duty
job... I want either an Epson or a HP. Which model(s) would you
recommend? Is there anything I have to know if I decide to pick the
right model myself?

Best regards,
