Okay Susan,

    Well you might not have a good boot disk then, that might the contain
the mscdex.exe file.  This file is needed for creation with CD-ROM support.
Try going to www.bootdisk.com and download one of their boot disks, which
will work.  When you boot from the disk downloaded at the specified web
site, you can either choose from start with/withour CD-ROM support, and in
your case you want CD-ROM support, to install Win95.  This should do the
trick for you.
