It has been a long long time since I worked with DOS. An elderly friend
still uses it and does not want to switch. He has vision problems and uses a
high-tech vision enhancing device - a headset with camera and view screens.
The problem is that the refresh rate on his monitor conflicts with the scan
rate of his vision device. How does one change the refresh rate of the
monitor when running true DOS - I think he has version 6.22?
