I have an E-Machines T6420 with a 16x pcie slot that doesn't seem to be 
working,i replaced the cpu and power supply and cmos battery after finding out that 
my processor and fan were not working and getting the message no signal on my 
monitor,then i swapped the video card with a brand new pcie video card.
Any suggestions how to check the slot itself for working?
