Problem is solved.  Turns out the hard drive went bad,  Even though it would show up on post it would not allow the computer to boot past "verifying DMI pool data".  Discovered by removing one piece of hardware at a time per Tom's instructions.  Thanks to everyone who helped, you are all great.
