Just a few AT motherboards you might look into:
1) FIC VA 503+ -
        VIA MVP3 chipset
can use K6-2 up to 500 MHz speed (550 MHz also, I think)
has 4 SIMM (and 2 DIMM) slots (you can reuse your old SIMM memory)
        1 AGP/3 PCI/3 ISA slots
        supports ATA33 HD (not ATA66)
        (I use one)
2) Tyan S1830 Tsunami AT -
        440 BX AGPset
can use Pentium III up to 700 MHz (only at 100 MHz FSB)
        no SIMM slots
        AGP/4 PCI/4 ISA
        only ATA 33 support
3) Soyo SY-7IWB -
Intel 810 chipset (has audio and video already)
        Celeron 300A-500 socket 370
        only DIMMS
        ATA 66 support
no AGP, only 3 PCI slots
4)SOYO SY-5EH5 (512K Cache)ETEQ AGP and SOYO SY-5EHM (1MB Cache) ETEQ AGP
ETEQ chipset (I don't know what this is)
2 SIMM slots (and 2 DIMM slots)
can use K6-2 up to 550 MHz
        AGP/3 PCI/3 ISA

All the preceding advertised online, so supposedly available.

There are options in reusing an AT case and SIMM memory. You just have to
look. You can rebuild an AT system to whatever extent you want to. I
believe you can go with simply a new motherboard and CPU and reuse
everything else. It is up to you how much money you want to spend. You
can even reuse PCI video cards, if your current system uses one (HX doesn't
support AGP slots, does it?). Surely, these boards will also support your
hard drive which I think is ATA33 or slower.

        Hope this helps.
