I upgraded my AST BRAVO 486SX to a 486DX, and changed to windows 95
4.00.950 (previously Windows 3.1), inserted additional memory, now have
20MB.

The problem now with the system is: The text and graphics become distorted
and fragmented, when I am using any of the programs, particularly Word. It
gets so bad that I have to shut down computer and reboot. This means I lose
some of my work.

Machine has a Cirrus logic GD5428 video chipset, but there is no video
GD5428 driver in the windows package.

I have been told that above driver will solve the problem.

I would like to know where I can get a copy of this driver,  it is not on
the Cirrus logic or the AST web sites.

Maybe there is another way to solve the problem.

Any help is appreciated
