NT 4 and USB : a very strange mystery

I've been reading on DejaNews and EVERYBODY seem to say that NT 4
doesn't support USB.  Can someone please explain then why is my
USB Belking keyboard working perfectly on NT 4 workstation ??

That system even has a ps-2 wireless logitech keyboard and the
BOTH work perfectly !!
