FIC makes the VA-503+ that fits the criterion.  I bought mine for $103.  It
uses the VIA VP3 chipset and has 1mb L2 cache.  It also supports the 100mhz
bus (as well as 66-75-83 and undocumented 112mhz).  It has a 5X jumper, so
theoretically it could run at 500mhz.  It also supports the 2X AGP.  I
bought mine locally but I have seen it at tccomputers.com for $99.  This is
my 3rd FIC motherboard and bought the previous 2 boards from TC computers
(PA-2007 & VA-503).  I have been very happy with the FIC motherboards.  If
you are planning on going with the ATX form, then FIC makes the PA-2013 but
does not support the 100mhz bus.  BTW, I am running an AMD K6-2/3D 300mhz
CPU on the VA-503+, so if you were looking at the K6-2 CPU line it will
support it.
