Depending on the job, the 2.4 Celeron might be a bit faster then the 1.3
Celeron M, but not that I think you will notice on a laptop. The Intel M =
mobile line runs a lot cooler, has a bigger cache, and runs a lot longer
from battery power. IMO A Dell Latitude (the corporate laptop product) is a
far superior machine to a COMPAQ , in fact, to any laptop except a Think
pad or an Apple Powerbook.

In either case, I would up the ram to 512MB for a quicker, smoother machine.
