I've seen this once before on another DeskJet, and as far as I know, unless
you happen to be a printer technician (which I would have to assume you're
not) you would have to take the printer in for repair, (especially if it's
under warranty), if it's not, or it's not worth it to you, then you would
have to get a replacement.  As far as I can tell, what happens is that the
sensor that detects the cartridge breaks down somehow, and unless you see
something wrong, I don't think there is a way for you to replace it.
