You'll want TCP/IP eventually as it is the protocol for the internet.  You
can probably add it back in at this time with no problem.  I've seen cases
where the TCP/IP stack gets really mangled and simply removing it, rebooting
and re-installing it make everything OK again.  Under normal circumstances
you do not need to remove TCP/IP in order to make NetBEUI work.  Many
systems have those two protocols (as well as others) installed at the same
time.  A good rule, though, is to eliminate any unneeded protocols.
