I checked in my Cables Unlimited catalogue and they have adaptors
to use a Bus mouse on a serial port.   You can find them on the
Internet at:  http://www.cablesun.com

I am sure if they have them, other computer cable suppliers will have
them also.

Finding the actual MS Bus Mouse cards maybe quite a chore...  I still have
one new MS Bus mouse on the shelf here and it has been collecting dust
for nearly a year...  the demand for them has dried up.
