Hello,

I'm trying to place a Toshiba MK 1011GAV 2,5 inch in my Toshiba notebook.
The problem is that the BIOS thinks the HD is a Slave device and therefore will not control it.
Also connected to my desktop PC the drive can only be installed as a Slave.
According to the Toshiba support site no jumpers are needed when used as Master.
Nevertheless I tried every jumper setting possible but nothing changes.

Can anybody help me ???
