You can get a win 98 boot disk here:
http://www.bootdisk.com/
The file is a little too long to include, but I'll send you a copy of
autoexec.bat and config.sys if you wish.

I am trying to install Windows 98 on a pentium 166, 32 Ram, 2Gb, intel
motherboard. I have created a new boot disk and when I type INSTALL in the
D: , I get this message: (I will try to traslate this message from
french to english), here goes...

THE MAXIMUM PROGRAM SIZE REQUIRED TO INSTALL WINDOWS PROPERLY IS
442 368 BYTES.

I tried MemMaker, but that didn't help. Is there something I can do in
CONFIG.SYS or AUTOEXEC.BAT. I simply want to install windows 98!! :-)
