Here's a tad more info on the problem. Today it happend again but while
fooling around with benchmark (3dmark 03) I went into bios to overclock my
CPU. I'm currently running an AMD Athlon @ 1400MHz 133 FSB 10.5x multi. I
was only able to increase the FSB as the mutli was maxed already. So I was
overclocking my FSB to get my CPU running at higher speeds. I put it at 150
making the CPU run at 1575MHz. While booting windows I got the same type of
error I do when I crash and it happens. I changed my FSB back to 133 and
booted just fine. This leads me to think that maybe my CPU is over heating
maybe. Any suggestions or info on this matter?

Thanks
