IIRC, they were essentially the same board.  The P3BF had an updated BIOS
that recognized the Pentium 3 chips when they hit the market, and possibly a
revised set of jumpers for setting the correct multipliers.  I can't
remember if either board could automatically detect the CPU jumper free.
Both were good boards in their day.
