Our newly built computer using Windows 98 has crashed!

When we turned I on this morning we cannot boot up top windows.

We get the following message

Windows 98 Start up menu

1.      Normal
2.      Logged
3.      Safe mode
4.      Step by step confirmation
5.      Command prompt only
6.      Safe mode Command prompt only

Enter choice: 5

Warning: Windows has detected a registry/configuration error. Choose
Confirmation prompt only and run Scanreg.

(Note; we tried to run this at this at the C: prompt and nothing happens)

The screen continues:

Missing file-C: Windows\Himmen.sys
Missing file-C: Windows\DBLbuff.sys
Missing file- Ifship.sys

Then it shows the C prompt.

Please help!
