You will need drivers (supplied with card) for this to
work at all. The card should run at USB2 speeds.

The HUB needs to be a USB2 hub to run at USB2 speeds.

IF the HUB is USB1 (or USB1.1) it will still run at the lower
speed.

Any existing ports built-in to the MB, or case ports connected
tothe MB, will stay at their old speed...
