Model recommendation depends on various functional requirements.  Consider:
Noise
Speed
Carriage width
Auto-convert US-to-Euro paper formats
Paper type(s) to be used
Local sources of supplies and service
Bundled software (Photo editor? Graphics tools?)
reliability (MTBF, ACPR, etc.)
expected resale value and demand
These factors may add up to be as important to you as ink cost.  What do you
care about?
